Refund policy

Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, only exchange on Canadian purchases within thirty days of receiving the product.

Orders from outside of Canada are not returnable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@williamrobinsonjewelry.com

All shipping charges are at the expense of the customer. Exchanges must be approved prior to the items being returned and all items must be in their original unused and unworn condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Special custom orders are not eligible for exchange. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are not exchangeable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the same Policy of Exchange as outlined above, applies.
